Time for games
When is it time for games? As an adult who has an actual job, there is also time for games. My favorite game is still going to be Renaissance kingdoms, even though the game in the last few years has decreased in attendance. There is a great ability to network and games like Renaissance kingdoms. It is unlike the networking that you have in other sites or other worlds of cosmic Connections in the complicated and deep webs of the internet.
Just as in any online game, you have the ability to accept a new identity. You don't have to be known for your past failures and for the way the people currently see you in your real life. This is very freeing for people who are disabled or insecure about their looks. It is also a great platform for people who are very good-looking, because when people like you for your personality, you know that there feedback to you is in earnest. You aren't earning it on your looks or who you know.
Renaissance kingdom is is also a place where I have expanded my writing style and learned from other writers. Roleplay writing is some of the most creative and energetic mind-expanding activities that we have available online. It's a shame that more people don't sit down and write more often. People who love books are usually also people who love to write stories. There are some amazing stories in Renaissance kingdoms. You can be a pirate a captain sea captain, a great lord of the land, a princess or you could command an army and take up arms against a common foe.
I wrote previously about Renaissance kingdoms and how it freed me from the chains of my inequities as a mom at home. Even now with work busy and complicated life, I still make time to write. If you are a writer like me or a person who just loves to read awesome stories, this is a wonderful place for you to explore. There is very little skill involved and participating in Renaissance kingdoms. What you really need is people skills. However, if you lack people skills, then this is a great place that you can grow and learn about yourself and others. If you don't understand the way humans work and why certain people have hurt you in your life and why human beings as a whole are so selfish or insecure or difficult, this is a place where you can learn about human nature. For me it was a great Proving Ground and an amazing place for me to learn about economics, politics, communities, extended families, and how to keep and make friends that will be lifelong. I highly suggest trying out Renaissance kingdoms simply for the ability to socialize if you have limited ways to get out and about in your world. Come find me in RK.
