Let's please merge all details for the Rondoval ship into here (and not in the vote and Roby's thread). Payments, things that have been sent? Would be good to have it all in one place. Thanks. _________________

After a long frustrating discussion over a month ago, Eld and I were shown county records(along with me finding my own screenshots of grants) that showed we owed 600 pounds, 190 wood. Since then Kei paid 680 or so, 75 was transferred back to me out of that, and I believe it was 32 wood.
Numpty has up to 185 wood ready to transfer, but is dealing with some things in another world.
Anice has 10 wood ready to transfer also.
I have no idea if more people sent things in like Kei and didn't tell me about it. I only noticed what he sent in from reading the grants thread in these council halls. No one else has informed me of sending additional goods or cash to the county. But Soul does have all but 70 iron(which we already turned in, not including my additional 27 personal iron loaned to the county) and a bit of wood.
You tell me what we need and I'll see it sent in as soon as Numpty's able. _________________

that is non-applicable. there is no need to charge tax for goods transferred through or to the county. At least if the county remains in the positive, which the tax is designed to achieve in the first place . _________________

You want an battle cog no? 70 iron and 19 wood needed, and possibly some money buy i cant know that for sure now, too much math to do and too little time available. _________________

We already paid the iron and the gold. So I guess it's only 19 wood that the county needs from us? That's a pretty big lapse in accounting from 190 though...I guess a single digit typo's the difference. _________________

I don't doubt you and I guess so. I was suggesting that someone in the past made the mistake of 190 when they meant 19? _________________

Some of the wood in Holywell is I presume the left over from the wood sent incorrectly to the wrong port by Kei council before last. _________________

Numpty's grant is the last one - once the 180 wood + £684 (the cash originally in the grant) goes to the county that is the ship fully paid for.
Imshi is correct that the amount of wood in the Holywell port is out of whack because of a grant mishap a while ago. All of the inventory in the Holywell port belongs to the county though, so it will all sort itself out in the wash.
Basically: Numpty returns her grant 180 wood + £684 [ship is fully paid for] County transfers 19 wood + 70 iron to Holywell port [balance of materials sent to port] Soul builds the ship (and this time is a little more cautious with hiring carpenters...) [ship is built] _________________

Ok great, that's what I thought and planned for. How does Kei's wood factor into that Eld? _________________

When Grace recorded the grant with Kei's stuff in she referred to it as the £600 for the battle cog, and I'm pretty sure the excess £80 was paid out by the county to someone else although I didn't pay too much attention to who. So in my head I thought of that as the £600 county fee - just paid in wood rather than cash, since that seemed to be the intention. That left the 190 wood still left to provide. 10 of that got send not long ago, so Numpty's grant is for the last 180 wood. _________________

No, Kei sent in about 30 wood(unsure on the exact number) sometime after our big long debate about what was required(we ended up at 190) and before he sent in the cash and goods totaling close to 680 pounds. If someone gets the time before I do to look at grants in that time period that would be great. If not then it's mine and Kei's loss so our responsibility anyway ...just putting it out there in case anyone remembers. _________________

Kei sent in 680 cash. (In truth he sent bread, wood and goods that I asked him for, but the value was over 680). 75 pounds of that was sent to Mor for his tavern. So, Kei paid about 605 pounds. (5 pounds over what was necessary). So all we need is some wood and we're ready to go. _________________
